Hello everyone! It's getting close to the end of July and I just finished my Tim Holtz tag of the month. I almost didn't make it, because I had absolutely none of the dies and embossing folders that he used. That is unusual for me, since I am a TH addict! But now that it's done, I am very glad I did, because I learned that you can use Distress Paint, Distress Stain AND Distress Ink on a background to get an awesome result! Since I had to improvise all the way here, I went online and snagged some free SVG files for the seahorse, sand dollar and starfish and cut them with my electronic cutting machine. Also, I opted for using some Distress Glitter in Mustard Seed instead of Tim's "sand" and I used Crackle Accents instead of Distress Crackle (which had dried up on me in the jar). The crackle on the seahorse turned out strangely, but that's OK with me! If you would like to see Tim's tag and tutorial, you can click here: http://timholtz.com/12-tags-of-2014-july/. Thank you for visiting. Have a great day! Peace.

Father's Day Card 2014
Hello everyone! I wanted to share with you a Father's Day card that I made which is based on Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2014 - January. I did not make the tag for January (yet), but I love this tag so much that I shamelessly stole Tim's design for this card. If you would like to see Tim's tag and tutorial, you can click here: http://timholtz.com/12-tags-of-2014-january/. Supplies include Sizzix Alterations "Mini Clock Key & Pocket Watch" (Movers & Shapers), Sizzix Alterations "Cargo Stencil Number Set" (Movers & Shapers), Sizzix Alterations "Word Play Alphabet" die, Sizzix Alterations Gear embossing folder, and Stampers Anonymous Cling Stamp Set CMS189 "Mercantile". I am so glad you stopped by. Oh, and BTW, Happy 59th Birthday, Disneyland! Peace.
